Published 2026 pricing puts full-service Amazon agencies at roughly $1,500 to $3,000 a month for entry-level retainers and $3,000 to $7,500 for mid-sized brands, with large brands paying $25,000 or more. PPC-only management usually costs 10 to 20% of ad spend. UK agencies charge similar figures in pounds. As a rule of thumb, total agency cost should land around 2 to 5% of your Amazon revenue.

What are the common Amazon agency pricing models?

  • Flat monthly retainer: the most common, and the easiest to budget.
  • Percentage of ad spend: common for PPC-only agencies, usually 10 to 20%, and up to 30% of spend at some large brands.
  • Percentage of revenue: usually 3 to 10%, sometimes on top of a base fee.
  • Setup fee: $1,000 to $5,000 at many agencies, for the audit, account cleanup and launch.

Percentage models look cheap at first and grow with you, which can suit early brands. Flat fees are better once revenue is steady, because the agency isn’t paid more simply for spending more of your money.

What should a full-service Amazon agency include?

Listing content and images, Brand Registry and A+ content, pricing and Buy Box, inventory planning, Sponsored Products, Brands and Display ads, account health, and a weekly report on profit by product. If a quote only covers ads, it’s a PPC agency, not a full-service one.

Is an Amazon agency worth it?

Usually, once you’re selling enough that a fixed fee is a small share of revenue and you don’t have a full-time Amazon manager. Below roughly $20,000 a month in sales, many brands get better value from a one-off audit and fix project, then manage day to day themselves.

What questions should you ask before signing?

  • Do we keep full ownership of the account, data and creative?
  • Do you report profit, or only sales and ACoS?
  • What’s the notice period after the first term?
  • Who will actually work on our account each week?

How do we price it?

We quote a fixed monthly fee after a free audit, based on catalog size, marketplaces and how much needs fixing first. Contracts roll month to month after the first three months. See our Amazon and marketplace management service or book the audit.
