What we collect

The details you give us in forms and bookings (name, work email, website, revenue band, message) and, with your consent, anonymous usage data from analytics cookies.

How we use it

To reply to inquiries, run audit calls, deliver contracted work and, if you opted in, send our newsletter. We never sell your data.

Legal basis

Consent for analytics and newsletters, contract for client work, and legitimate interest for replying to inquiries you started.

Who we share it with

Processors that help run the business: HubSpot (CRM), Google Workspace (email), Cal.com (booking) and Google Analytics 4. Each is bound by a data processing agreement.

How long we keep it

Inquiries for 24 months after last contact. Client records for 6 years for accounting. Newsletter data until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to processing. We respond within one month. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
