Paid Ads: questions buyers ask

How much should we spend on ads?

Work back from margin. Break-even ROAS is 1 divided by your margin after product cost, fees and shipping, so a 25% margin needs a 4x return just to break even. We set budgets per product or service against that number, then scale whatever clears it.

How much does a paid ads agency charge?

The usual models are a flat monthly fee or 10 to 20% of ad spend, often with a minimum fee. Published 2026 figures for Amazon PPC management at larger brands run from 15 to 30% of spend. We quote a flat monthly fee after the audit, so our fee doesn't rise just because your spend does.

Google Ads or Meta Ads: which should come first?

Google first if people already search for what you sell, because it captures demand that exists. Meta or TikTok first if people need to see your product before they'd think to search for it. Local businesses usually start with Google Search and Maps.

Is there a minimum ad budget?

We recommend a budget during your audit, based on your margins and goals.

Do you make the creative?

Yes. Static, video and UGC briefs are included. Shoots are quoted separately.

Who owns the ad accounts?

You do. We're added as partners and can be removed at any time.
