Getting started

What does the free growth audit include?

A review of your channels, systems and reviews, a 15-minute call to walk through it, and a ranked list of your top 5 fixes with a clear quote. You keep the plan whether you hire us or not.

Who do you work with?

Product brands, manufacturers, wholesalers, service firms and local businesses in the UK and USA that want steady, predictable growth. Most clients sell on Amazon, Shopify or both, or need a reliable flow of B2B meetings.

Do you work with US businesses?

Yes. We manage US marketplaces, Shopify stores and ad accounts remotely, and our afternoon UK call slots fall in US East Coast mornings.

How quickly can you start?

Most clients start within 2 weeks of the audit call.

What do you need from us to start?

User access to your selling and ad accounts (never shared logins), your margin per product or service, and one person who can approve changes. That's enough for the audit.

Costs & contracts

How much does a growth agency cost?

It depends on how many channels you need and how much is broken. As a guide, published 2026 pricing puts Amazon management at roughly $1,500 to $7,500 a month for small and mid-sized brands, and Shopify builds from about £1,000 to £8,000. We quote after the free audit, in writing, before any work starts.

How is your price decided?

From the audit: the number of channels, catalog size, ad spend and how much needs fixing first. You get a written quote with the scope and the monthly or project price.

Do we have to sign a long contract?

No. Projects are fixed-scope. Monthly work rolls month to month after the first 3 months.

Working together

Who owns the accounts and data?

You do, always. We work through user permissions, never shared logins.

How do you report?

A one-page weekly report and a monthly call. You also get a shared Slack or WhatsApp channel.

How fast will we see results?

Quick fixes like suppressed listings or broken automations show up in weeks. Revenue growth usually builds over 3 to 6 months.

Who will we work with day to day?

The people on our About page lead each channel: Usman on marketplaces, Zara on paid ads, Hamza on store builds and Mariam on automation.

Amazon & marketplaces

Should I sell on Amazon or on my own website?

Both, for most product brands. Amazon brings buyers who are ready to purchase; your own store keeps more margin and the customer data. Start where demand already exists, usually Amazon, and use your store for repeat customers and bundles.

How much does Amazon take from each sale?

A referral fee of around 15% in most categories, fulfillment fees if you use FBA, a monthly Professional plan fee, and whatever you spend on ads. Work out profit per unit with all of these before you set prices.

Why is my Amazon listing suppressed?

Usually a missing required attribute, a main image that breaks Amazon's image rules, a price flagged as an error, or a compliance issue. Seller Central shows the reason on the listing. Fix the attribute or image and most listings come back within a day.

Is TikTok Shop worth it for my brand?

Worth testing if your product shows well on video and sits at an impulse-friendly price. In the US the referral fee runs about 2 to 6% by category, plus payment processing and creator commissions, which commonly range from 5 to 30%. You'll need creators posting every week to keep sales moving.

Websites & ads

Shopify or WooCommerce?

Shopify for most brands that want to sell quickly with little upkeep. WooCommerce if you're already on WordPress, need custom B2B logic and are happy to manage hosting.

How long before paid ads start working?

Expect 2 to 4 weeks while the platforms learn and we cut what doesn't convert. Judge a campaign on 6 to 8 weeks of data against your break-even return, not on its first week.

Do we need a new website before running ads?

Not always. If product pages load slowly or don't answer buyers' questions, fix those first, because ads only send people to the page. A full rebuild is only worth it when the platform itself is holding you back.

Leads & reviews

Is cold email legal in the UK and USA?

Yes for B2B in both, with rules. In the UK, PECR lets you email companies without consent if you identify yourself and offer an opt-out; sole traders need consent. In the US, CAN-SPAM requires accurate sender details, a postal address and opt-outs honored within 10 business days.

How many reviews do we need?

There's no magic number. What matters is a steady flow of new reviews every month, a rating that stays above about 4.5, and a reply on every review. Buyers notice a business whose latest review is a year old.

How should we reply to a bad review?

Within a day, calmly, with a fix. Thank them, own what went wrong, say what you've changed and offer a direct contact. Never argue in public. A good reply often does more for conversion than several new five-star reviews.
